Flicker is a bi-monthly film festival with chapters sprouting up all over the place.

We welcome filmmakers' short super 8, 8mm, 16mm, and 35mm films.
The only requirements for submission are:
1) It must originate usd brl on film    
2) It must be less than 15 minutes long
